George Sugars
George Sugars began his duties as Fremont County Manager on January 12, 2009. He comes to Fremont County from El Paso County DOT/ Public Services Department where he worked as Engineering Manager and Asset Manager for the past 7+ years. Prior to El Paso County, he was the Public Works Director and County Engineer for a couple counties in Kansas for 22+ years. He brings to the position a Masters degree in Public Administration from Wichita State University and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.
