Effective July 1, 2010, CRS 30-1-103 - Fees of County Clerk and Recorders. Subsection (1) was amended, subsection (4) has been removed and a new subsection (5) has been added.
The multiple grantor/grantee subsection (4) was removed. There will be no additional charges for multiple grantor/grantee indexing regardless of the type of document.

Note: Motor Vehicle filings, when acting as an agent for Department of Revenue, are exempt from new fees. The exemption does not affect manufactured home recordings in the recording office. There are no fees for recording DD214's. Certified copies requested for military benefits are free of charge. Please refer to Release of Military Records for the requirements and forms to allow us to provide copies to you.
