There is no charge to search records on file in this office. Please be aware, however, that by law the clerks are not allowed to do real estate searches. Title and abstract companies must do those searches or you must do your own. At this time, our records are not online, but you can do your search in this office during working hours. You may search the grantor/grantee index from January 1987 to current day on computer. Prior to 1987, you must search the printed grantor/grantee books. Images can be viewed on the computer screen beginning January 1994.
